- UI/UX Designer - Responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website or an app and will also work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design.
- Clinical Consultant - Responsible for workflow analysis of products to determine purchase feasibility, understand the functionality of a product or software, set up support resources and educate clients on usage.
- Web Developer - Responsible for designing, building, or maintaining website and software applications, editing, writing, or designing website content and evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards.
- Software Engineer- Responsible for creating software using the right programming languages, platforms, and architectures, review upcoming project deadlines and plan work activities around those dates, and create software models, simulations, and testing scenarios.
- Digital Marketing Manager - Responsible for identifying trends and insights, allocate marketing investments, plan, and direct marketing campaigns, optimize content for the website and social media platforms, and work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, and audio podcasts, track the website traffic flow.
- Business Development Manager - Responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones, find, and develop new markets and improve sales, and develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Customer Service Executive - Responsible for creating policies and procedures for their staff, overseeing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions, and establishing standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
- Sales Manager - Responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence, managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, and achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Content Executive - Responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals, sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
